Do The Doodie Brothers Clean The Entire Yard?
Absolutely! We’ll scoop every area where your dog does their business—front, back, or side yards, flower beds, and even dog runs. If it’s part of your property and needs cleaning, we’ll take care of it.
Do You Offer Dog Waste Removal All Year Long?
Yes, we operate in every season! Rain, shine, or snow, The Doodie Brothers are on duty. Even during winter months, most waste remains scoopable, so your yard stays clean year-round.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
Your dog’s safety is always our top priority. We sanitize all tools and shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant between visits to stop germs from spreading. Our techs also take a photo of your closed gate after each cleanup, and every employee passes a full background check for your peace of mind.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Our service plans start around $60 per month, with exact pricing depending on your yard size, visit frequency, and number of dogs. Most families pay between $95 and $135 monthly for regular cleanups.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
Nope—never! We don’t believe in locking you in. You can start, pause, or cancel your service anytime through your customer portal or by giving us a quick call.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
We take disposal seriously. Dog waste can carry harmful bacteria, so we double-bag everything to prevent contamination and place it securely in your trash can (or a designated spot you choose) for safe removal.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Usually, yes! We love working alongside friendly pups. If your dog is protective or has shown aggression, we’ll ask that they stay inside during our visit to keep everyone safe. Repeat aggression may result in removal from our service route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can! While exact days vary by location, we’ll usually have two or three scheduling options so you can choose what works best for your routine.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
To keep costs low and routes efficient, we don’t offer fixed arrival windows. Our schedules are optimized the night before each service—but you’ll still get a text alert an hour before we arrive, so you’re always in the loop.
What time will you be at my home?
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe for your scoop day. We work just like the garbage men and provide a service day. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7:30 a.m. to dark.
Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 60 minutes’ notice so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on-the-way text. We don’t want to bother you early in the morning before most are awake. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate.
How do I pay?
We have a client portal where payment is processed. Our system will create your account upon signing up with your quote, right here on the website. You will receive an email from Sweep&Go to login to our secure platform. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, and records of past/scheduled services, and you can link your credit/debit card to the secure platform. With your linked card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.
Do you bill monthly?
Yes: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.
Note:
If you move forward with weekly services after an initial cleanup, you will be billed for the remainder of the month on the same day.
Next payment is due the 1st of the following month.
If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed.
Can I cancel any time?
– The Doodie Brothers have no contracts and customers can cancel services at any time for any reason with 48-hour notice. Customers can call in to cancel, or update their subscription plan through the customer portal.
– Customers that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees, or spring cleanup fees when they return to their monthly subscription.
– If a customer cancels services halfway through the month they will be refunded for services that have occurred. The refund will be processed to the payment method on file in the customer portal.
